Today Vode Property has launched a buyer referral system which is targeted to local real estate agents who may have property buyer leads which could match with properties listed with our agency. If an agent is responsible for providing the contact details of the successful party who purchases a property then they will be rewarded by a fixed referral fee as agreed to previously between the agent and property vendor.

Hi There.
My name is Anthony Croome. I rang you recently about listing my residential property for sale with vode property. I am not too familiar with negtiating my way around web sites, so if you could email me with as much assistance as possible, I would appreciate it. My house is located in Blackmans Bay, just south of Hobart. I have had an appraisal from a highly respected agent in Hobart. She expected the property would be listed in the low to mid $500k.
