The Vode Propertyhead office is located at Bondi Beach, Sydney Australia. However, as our name Vode Property Australia suggest, we plan to provide real estate services to property owners all across Australia.

We do not have the budget to open physical offices in every town and city in Australia but we believe we can still service our clients effectively and efficiently regardless of where they are. Currently, we have contracted real estate agents from all over Sydney so we can offer a full agent service to all property owners in the Sydney region.

We are in discussions with other real estate agents across Australia and plan to work in conjunction with them to sell and lease property from anywhere in Australia. Until then, we will offer an agent assisted service to property owners who are located in places where we are not currently based. What this means is that we will undertake everything that a traditional real estate agent performs in relation to selling and leasing your property except conducting open inspections and physical negotiations with buyers and lessees.

We will significantly reduce the fixed fee commission we charge property owners as a result of their cooperation in the sales or leasing process.
