We will provide you with Information and Answers;  if we haven’t got the answer for you we will promptly deliver it to you.

When we list properties for sale we spend the time with the owners to get all the information so we intimately know the property as much as they do.  This information will be more than how much is the rates, or how big is the block, it will be… Where the morning sun comes in and I like to have a coffee, or this room is the coolest in summer, the acoustics in the house are amazing because we used a special paint or walls etc to make it so.  Information about the neighbors, the garbage collection, the oven or rare plants in the garden.

We will be on Time…

When making an appointment to view one of our properties for sale we will call you that morning or the night before to confirm our appointment and we will always get there on time, so we can present the house for sale to you and also to greet you at the door and not leave you waiting.

We will be flexible with the inspection time..

To suit with your schedule, if you can’t make it to an open for inspection.  This of course would work in conjunction with the owners and or tenants where possible.

We will provide you with local knowledge of the area…

including school information, the best cafes and restaurants to visit and most importantly recent sales that are comparable with the said property.

We will use our ears to listen…

to qualify exactly what you are looking for, that way we can shortlist and only take you to the properties that suit your requirements, if we can’t find a property suitable we will keep in regular contact with you until your requirements have been met.

As part of the Vode Property team, we have a Buyers Advocacy service, where for a fee you can appoint one of our buyers agents to work with you to find a property.  We have an initial finders fee and then a percentage of sale price is paid at settlement of the property.
