Our Buyers Advocacy service is for the discerning buyer that wants one agent to find them a property.  We have agents that specialise in finding buyers exactly what they are looking for.  When you appoint one of our buyers agents to find you a property, they will take on that commitment until you are completely happy and have made your purchase.

Where do we source properties from?

We source property from current listings that are on the market and also properties that are not on the market, we specialise in approaching owners and striking a deal if possible.

We deal with buyers of all status and budget and deliver the same exceptional service.

Our Buyer’s Agent will initially have a one on one meeting with you and ask you a variety of questions about what exactly you are looking for and the time period in which to purchase.  They will then gather a number of properties information and either email them to you or meet again so that they can establish a feel for what you like.

Our Buyers Agents work quite intuitively and will gauge your responses from the first few inspections.  Our Agents deal directly with either the owners or other agents, so you only ever have to deal with one person.

We will attend valuations, Building and Pest Inspections and negotiate on your behalf, until an agreed price has been met.  We will go to pre settlement inspections and ensure the entire transaction runs smoothly.
