Now that you have got to a stage where you have an interested buyer in your property and they have started to discuss putting in an offer or submitting a contract;
This is where we can help.
As the owner of the property it is difficult to handle the negotiation to the full potential because you have either an emotional attachment to the property or it feels uncomfortable to banter and deal directly with the buyer especially when you are getting close to your price. Discussion of money is always a tricky situation and usually brings out unusual qualities in people.

How? We are masters at negotiation, we are highly trained in how to successfully negotiate, and we do it all the time, so for us it is second nature.
As part of this service we will prepare the contract, with all details terms and conditions of the offer and have it executed. We will then start the negotiation and negotiate with both parties until an outcome has been reached. The contract will be fully executed and dated and from there we can forward the contract to your prospective solicitors to take over.
