When selling with Vode Property you first need to make a decision on whether you wish to use our Full Agency Service or our Agent Assisted Service.

Agency Assisted Service

As part of the Agent Assisted sales we offer market appraisal services, copywriting, signage, managing all buyer enquiry and marketing advice, including sending your listing to in excess of 20 property portals.

You simply pay $299 for the first 3 months and then a further $99 a month if your property hasn’t sold, within the initial 3 months.  There are no commissions payable on the sale.

Full Agency Service

Vode Property’s Full Agency Service is currently available in Queensland and New South Wales, we will be taking on Victoria and Tasmania over the coming months.

Our full agency service consists of one of our agents, viewing your property and providing you with a complete marketing analysis, this will include:

- Comparative sales in the area including just listed properties that are similar to yours
- A complete marketing overview and recommendation
- Execution of the marketing plan, including Photography and Advertising
- Open for inspection if and when required
- Attending all private inspections
- Following up all buyer enquiry
- Email your property to our entire database
- Providing Brochures and other print media as required
- Listing your property on websites listed below
- Attending to Auction preparation and delivery if thats marketing of choice
- Preparation of contract and negotiation
- Attending building and pest inspections and property valuations
- Deal with tenants and issuing appropriate forms
- Completion and settlement of contract
